Hello all,
my name is danny im 29, have some programming/scripting knowledge and im new to opensim.
Found out some stuff alrdy but have some problem i ran into.
I
start out with 1 region and I copied the default xml file from that
region to create a second region laying next to other so i can fly from
one to another.
Changed The uuids some port numbering etc to make things work and voila i can fly from one to another :)
Now
my hippo openviewer loads up and i start out in T position I fly up and
fly to the other region and want to land but the thing is that I end up
kneedeep, but my feet keep there strings to the 'floor',
so my
legs are curled up weird, and i get sort of stucked around that level
(i can still moved around tho) untill the char finds some angle (u cant
break off flat land) to break loose and fly up again
but then the problem will persist on both islands.
Now
if I close the viewer and load it up again evrything is fine again, no
server reload needed, and it works vica versa so if i land on the
second island and stay there and load it up again the problem is gone
too,
but will only occur if I land on the island of the other
region. If i choose to stay in the region where the char loads up there
will be no problem.
I had the problem both with the precompiled windows package and a self compiled version.
I also tried with 3 viewers, the SL viewer, Hippo, and the one from openlife.
Does anyone reconize this problem, can ne1 help me with it please.
Would be nice cus im eager to create some multi-region island xD
tnx alrdy folkz :)
