[Opensim-users] cant rezz things from inventory

ok maybe i missed something in the opensim.ini file but i updated to r8555
and now cant seem to rezz things from inventory or take new things built
into inventory any help would be greatly appreciated

opensim r8555 
grid mode multiple regions 
winserver2k3 xenon quad core with 12 GB ram per server
