Does anyone know how Tommil's change to osTeleportAgent is supposed to 
work? Apparently the patch was meant to support dynamic linking. But 
in fact, the function now fails unless the target URI (in the form 
ipaddress:port) has already been sought and found on the map. Is this 
the intended behavior?

To see what I mean, bring up an HG region **without any links** and 
try to osTeleportAgent to a URI that you know is out there. It fails. 
Now seek that very same URI in the map (but do not TP to it). Now try 
to osTeleportAgent to that very same URI and it succeeds.
