[Opensim-users] Terrain appearence problem

One thing you may want to check is your uplink speed. You may have 7mb
coming to you from the web, but typically ISP's set uplink speeds to be a
fraction of that. Maybe your ISP changed your uplink speed since the last
time everything looked okay for your friend in Australia.
