Your files indicate that you are NOT grid mode.
This is not the best place to do a detailed tutorial.
New World grid, has an easy method and are European.

  hi again, i chech more times the region.xml and opensim.ini but i dont find something to stop this problem.I give and attach the opensim.ini and region.xml to tell me who is a problem to fix that.Many days trying to fix this problem but nonthing.Please tell me what must to do.
