I believe there should be an example string in OpenSim.ini.example now that replaces the old mysql_connection.ini. Also, the wiki has a good example of setting up mysql.

Subject: [Opensim-users] mysql_connection.ini.example not supplied anymore even in svn ?

I am currently installing opensim & mysql in Windows as I am having performance issues in my Ubuntu. I read that the mysql_connection.ini.example is not supplied anymore into the binnaries and that we have to get it from the svn. I just checked out the latest version (r7176) but I do not see this file anywhere. So I went back to opensimulator.org to find it but it does not seam to be there either (maybe I didn't look in the right places).

Has this file been forgotten in the svn ?

Has it been moved elsewhere but there is no mentions of it ?
