[Opensim-users] ODE on amd64

Tentatively fixed.

I installed the precompiled ODE from the Ubuntu repository and 
simlinked to that in place of the libode.so included in the 
nightly builds. Got OpenSim to run, though had other errors 
(libopenjpeg-libsl-2.1.2.0-x86_64.solibsecondlife.Image 
related) which disapeared on regresion to an earlier version. 

Will keep playing around with it ;-)
