Yep, as you see from the log, the
[CAPS]: Registering CAPS handlers
message has now disappeared, so somehow you were running an older
revision before.
However, I see your problem still remains. So I think it's worth
forwarding this message on to opensim-dev so all the developers
definitely see it.
