[Opensim-users] OpenSim v0.5.7 terrain command not working on all regions ?

Hi. I am not connected to the project but I do run a grid.

I have noticed that after creating a new sim/region. I have to shutdown 
and then start the opensim.exe program again to get the console commands 
for terrain and more to work.
