Hello !

At the beginning I wanted to create a web interface to manage OpenSim,
but I saw on the OpenSim wiki some web interface projects already in
development.
So I thought I should only develop classes. I choosen PHP instead of
another language because of its simplicity to be integrated in other
systems against languages like Python that are not always available for
simple website hosting or need something to be installed.

Then, I started a Google Code project
(http://code.google.com/p/opensimtools/) to host my code and leave it
available for anyone under the BSD Licence. I named it OpenSim Tools,
this consists in easy-to-use PHP Classes to interact with OpenSim and
its environment. Currently, only a RemoteAdmin class have been
developped, but I plan to develop more according to the current needs.
That's why Any contribution, idea and wishes are welcome. As many web
interfaces projects are in development, may be can I help each other
with such PHP classes ?
The goal is making simple and easy-to-use, but powerful functions.

Is someone interrested in such classes ? What are the current needs for
you concerning OpenSim management ?

I also thought about a way to use such a PHP Class and the Remote region
configuration webloader integrated in OpenSim to make easier simulator
and region management.

Thanks !

Kind regards,
