[Opensim-users] where is "moo" ???

So it does. Funny thing is, I've never seen it before, and I'm an OSGrid
admin - none of the other admins have heard of it either :3

I am definitiely going to be giving it a look, and repointing the broken
link on the moo tutorial to this page.
