[Opensim-users] Consequences of vicinity

It just means that we (on OSgrid) will need to coordinate our upgrades with
our neighbors to be sure we can interop as usual.

To help in testing head, we might consider construction of an "Alpha"
continent away from the mainland, where all the regions are running close to
head (as many of us in OSgrid do).

Thoughts?
