[Opensim-users] Persistent Avatar Appearance?

I am sure this must have been asked many times before...so forgive me 
as I will have perhaps missed the answers in the list... But ...

Is there a way to set avatar appearance to persist over Opensim.exe 
restarts?  What Opensim.ini or other changes are needed to do that?

I am currently using Standalone SQLite as the setup.. about to 
shortly move back to a MySQL and Grid mode setup.
