<div><br></div><div><br></div><div>It seems to me that whether or not to allow regions to have a different destination guide should be a governance/management decision of the grid operator, enforced by some ini setting. I can imagine plenty of use cases where allowing different destination guides could be useful, but the grid operator should have the ultimate authority to determine whether that is permitted or not.</div>
