Hi Diva, thanks for the advice. I thought the forge made sense as a tool for people looking for extensions to opensim, rather than for developers, since it keeps everything opensim related together, though I certainly don't mind having to use svn or anything. However, I don't want to burden the project either. I see some projects on there are just placeholders that link to github, so maybe I will do that.<div>

The forge made sense a few years ago. These days, with so many
[better] source control services out there for free, I'm not so sure
it makes sense anymore. Plus, it contributes to the load on the
<a href="http://opensimulator.org" target="_blank">opensimulator.org</a> server that is crying for retirement and medical
attention...<br>
I have all of my addons to OpenSim in github. You may consider doing
that too.<br>
