Probably some .net (c# or ironpython or so) standalone converter
made using PrimMesher works for you if it's files that you need.<br>

Actually, it may be best to do this in an opensim module. There you
have everything: code that can fetch data from inventories, get prim
data from inv items and primmesher. Just need to write the exporter
to the format you prefer and add a console command for it, for
example.<br>
