[Opensim-dev] New version of Sharpview viewer in test - now with region crossings

I finally got a new version of Sharpview out. Now with multiple regions 
and region crossings.

A download password is required. If you want access,
email me at "nagle at animats.com". This is just to
prevent random users from trying it.

Region crossings only work reliably on some Open Simulator
versions. Ubittest <-> Ubittest2 works consistently,
because there are some recent fixes there. As newer
version of Open Simulator are deployed, this should
improve.

Currently supported: OsGrid, Second Life (Aditi and Agni),
and Kitely's home region. Can't teleport yet, so Kitely's
part-time regions don't work.
