Hi

     llHttpRequest has throttles by prim and by owners (returns null_key 
on refusal)

Some the throttles parameters can be changed in opensim.ini section 
[ScriptsHttpRequestModule]

as can be seen in file OpenSimDefaults.ini

i have no memory of HttpServerMaxRequestsPerClient :(
