[Opensim-dev] Compiling opensim on linux

Many thanks to Kevin for his  help on the question.  
Might I  add this to the discussion in the event that you may intend to explore opensim project.I am using ubuntu 22.04 but I would trend to believe it applicable to other linux flavor.

I found mono-project.com provides msbuild so I used that and their
monostack. It is for Centos 8 and I rather had used Fedora's own mono
but this works for now so consider it solved :)
