[Opensim-dev] flotsam cache - Failed to, expire cached file (Andr? Verwijs)

Flotsam cache is (by default) stored in opensim\bin\assetcache.

The longer the time is set,  the more data is stored, and this is the 
only way to control the size of the disk cache. More cache is better.

The exact place is settable in the INI.   The prefix "C:\OPENSIM-MYSQL"  
in these error messages are stored in the debug file *.pdb,  and  is 
compiled in from the developers machine. It is not from your machine.

In your case the file was supposed to be in "some 
folder\opensim\bin\assetcache\7822\0c11\-d82\78220c11-d829-4335-9fe6-c1454ab7e5ea. 
But it was not there.  It's safe to ignore if it does not repeat often, 
or continuously.

It can be caused by ungracefully shutting down robust.   Always "quit" out.

The few times I have had errors in flotsam were due to virus scanners 
locking files.  I would add an exclusion to this folder, and 
bin\ScriptEngines and bin\j2kDecodeCache.
