[Opensim-dev] OpenSimulartor Wiki - Overte and Foundation References

There are still a few mentions of Overte and pointers to the (now 
defunct) http://overte.org web site on the Wiki.  E.g.

http://opensimulator.org/wiki/Foundation_FAQ

Edit access is restricted to core developers. I wonder if someone 
with edit access can tidy this up.. maybe sating the Overte 
Foundation no longer exists (if that is the case as noted in dev team 
chat logs in 2016), removing the defunct URL link and pointing now at 
the up to date http://opensimulator.org/wiki/Contributions_Policy
