Windows and Linux: MySQL 8.0 is coming  - important tips..

- for authentication use "mysql_native_password".
   other ones are not supported by opensimulator

- with mysql 8.0 you will get a message about "lower_case_table_names"
   leave this at "2" or else mysql won't start..
