i'm using PGSQL

creating table is easy, but actually writing data to table..??
whats the best way to do this?? maybe already add code (not active)
for writing/updating table... i could send table, but every PGSQL user 
has different data than me so "AgentPrefs" should be updated based on 
existing database data...
