[Opensim-dev] Remove Wiki Main_Page "This Week in OpenSim Development"

Can someone with change permission for the OpenSimulator wiki front 
page make a small change there to bring it up to date? It currently 
includes a panel for "This Week in OpenSim Development" below the 
current release links.  That's now well out of date and not done any 
longer by JustinCC.
