I've been running "bleeding edge" Opensim on Ubuntu 10.10 for about 2
weeks, with 100's of NPC's wearing multiple scripted attachments logging in
and out, and have not experienced any instability..    I haven't bumped the
mono version up from the default yet.  I will give that a try over the
holiday.
