[Opensim-dev] OS 0.8 DEV

There is no version # disparity what so ever, OpenSimulator has 2 versions
always, the release and the developer version, the developer version has
always been 1 revision ahead, currently the Release is 0.8 and the current
Dev version is 0.8.1 which matches up with the OSgrid version which has
always been based on the dev version of opensimulator.
