[Opensim-dev] Are the new bullet config settings not in opensim 0.8 ini's ?

UpdateVelocityChangeThreshold  is for the smoother flying flx and
SendTerrainUpdatesByViewDistance  is for the sending terrain from the
avatar outward up to the avatar's view distance. The former should be in
the release even if the variable is not there (I'll have to check on that)
but the terrain update is even still off by default in branch 'master' as
the feature is not fully vetted.
