I think "your software" can be confusing. Not sure if theres a line 
length limit. also is the teleport problem only region side or also grid 
side ?
Otherwise i would say:

"Your sim version does not support teleporting into a varregion, please update your opensimulator software".

Difference is that you now tell what software, or do viewers need updateing to. (yes , a bit rusty :o )
