[Opensim-dev] varregion terrain loading limited by view distance

There is in pre-windlight viewers. Unfortunately, that feature was axed a long time ago and hasn’t been added back by anyone, as far as I know. I was planning on fixing this in SLV sometime this year and the changes would probably trickle down from there.
