MB, I only meant that the [BulletSim] section with the info on the 
terrainImplementation = 0, 1 or whatever is the default should be 
copied into opensim.ini.example too... as its not there at present, 
and then adding there the set default and a comment on the dependency 
for varregions of having it be 0 (even if in fact in the code that is 
enforced) can be noted.
