[Opensim-dev] varregion and map teleporting improvements

I wonder if the various OpenSim.ini requirements are now historical 
and no longer are valid if var regions are used?   is this a change 
in the wiki page that is needed, or some changes to the defaults and 
config file sections in master?

E.g. the requirement to use BulletSim (already the default in 
OpenSim.ini.example)and set [BulletSim] TerrainImplementation = 0. 
The current default set for TerrainImplementation is 1 and its only 
set in OpenSimDefaults.ini - entries ought to be made in 
OpenSim.ini.example and the right default enabled there if necessary?
