[Opensim-dev] Mono 4.0 coming changes

Perhaps this is a bug in Mono 4?

Personally I think chasing the latest bleeding edge mono is a poor choice,
especially if it cannot compile code targeted at .NET 4.0. We should target
the most popular versions currently distributed with the most popular linux
distributions that are currently in support life.

I've had the best performance with 2.10.8.1. Later versions use more memory
and I've  not observed *any* performance benefits.
