My way of doing things falls into the "totally different"
classification. Which is why I've not said too much about it here. No
WebGL, no C# or any other .NET / mono based technology. So likely not
of general interest to this thread. Instead I use C and Lua, or rather
LuaJIT. https://github.com/onefang/SledjHamr/tree/experimental just
reading the README there should give most of my arguments for why I
think things should be done that way. Grist for your research maybe.
