I don't think we need a new mailing list. It can happen here... Unless 
you want to involve ppl who aren't already subscribed to this list. But 
as far as I know there are plenty of ppl on this list who are interested 
in a WebGL render/viewer for these environments, and many (including me) 
who are eager to help make it happen.
