[Opensim-dev] first-run errors with database Postgresql and MySQL

The first-run errors with database Postgresql and MySQL are there for a 
long time.
Like the text said

  "If you're running OpenSim for the first time then you can probably 
safely ignore this.."

but if there's time to fix this it would be great, or comment out the 
source code
for now until there's a final solution for it...
