Ai, I am leaning toward using all the url configurations in
[LoginService] so they will be in one place and transparent.

The mention of the GridInfo is not really related to the extra features
support. Just saying that it is possible to publish anything there
(open-ended key value pairs) and grid owners might want to put their
destination guide url there, solely to allow users in other grids to
obtain it via the ossl command osGetGridCustom
(http://opensimulator.org/wiki/OsGetGridCustom) for use in stargate type
devices, etc. If we put a commented entry there, it could act as a
placeholder and serve as a uniform key for the query. Will wait for
further comments about that though.
