[Opensim-dev] Opensim wirh Postgresql, running mega region: Error "The given key was not present in the dictionary"

i'm running Opensimulator r/24051 with 8 region mega region, standalone with
PostgreSQL 9.1.10 on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, compiled by gcc (Debian
4.7.2-5) 4.7.2, 64-bit

and i'm getting this error: 


need advice how to solve it (if possible) or fill in a bug report...
