[Opensim-dev] .NET 4 Teething Problems

I just repeated exactly what you said on master git version renamed the
Robust example and set database string and it started right up no problems,
I was testing on Windows 8.1 x64, the only difference was that I have
VS2013 installed instead of VS2010, but I can not imagine that would make
any difference, are you using any addons like WiFi or something else with
your robust services?
