[Opensim-dev] Opensim (or mono) is pointing o wrong LIB directory.

its a problem with newer monos you have to compile libgdiplus slightly
differently like this

./autogen.sh --prefix=/opt/mono-3.2.3 --libdir=/opt/mono-3.2.3/lib
