[Opensim-dev] Cant compile opensim with mono 3

That is not the problem justin if you compile and run mono in userspace
i have domne many times before.
installed suse 12.1 no and found like many times happen a user side
error. and libgdiplus where not correct accessed to.
I now have mono 3.0.6 installed.
It now works with mono 3.0.6 :) Now i can soon try it with opensuse 12.3
