[Opensim-dev] compile of opensimulator r/22900 - only warings - test dll's: .NET conflict

well this was actually my bad :( i compiled this with VS 2012 express,  
this not fully compatible (i think).  once i compiled with .NET 
("C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\MSBuild" on Windows)  i
had no critical bugs...  (log available...)
