[Opensim-dev] opensim with mysql: who uses mysql "repair" function..??

Mysql: mysql 5.5.30+dfsg-1

opensim with mysql:  who uses mysql "repair"  function..??   when i tried
it,  databases were not completely compatible...
(some tables were and some not, strange) whats the best way to repair a
database ?
