[Opensim-dev] ability for listeners to be filtered by regular expression

Posted a patch earlier today for osListenRegex() which is basically 
llListen() but with optional regex support for the name/message.

Got it working on the work grid, but I'm sure there'll be problems that 
I've not catered to or created in the implementation, so many eyes to 
check over the patch and feedback on the implementation would be good :)
