[Opensim-dev] (CreateUser) Http Post

It looks like you're trying to use the RemoteAdmin XMLRPC createuser command.  This only works in standalone mode and 
I'm not 100% sure it's currently working anyway.

However, it so happens that in grid mode an equivalent command is available on the UserAccount ROBUST service which 
requires slightly different calling parameters and a config setting [1].
