Hallo Gopi,

I am not quite sure what it is exactly you are asking. Grids do not have
to be registered nor is there direct development support (aside from the
mailinglist). All information about setting up a grid is available at
http://www.opensimulator.org, where you can also find development
information. If the infos there are not sufficient for you, you can ask
here at the list.

If you need somebody to help you hands-on, you can ask here at the list,
but most likely you will have to pay for it. There are also quite a few
companies around who will provide the infrastructure and the
installation for you (look at
http://www.hypergridbusiness.com/opensim-hosting-providers/)

Regards,

Klaus
