[Opensim-dev] Wiki: Captcha, anyone?

I would rather put as few barriers in the way of people editing as possible (I know this makes one more vulnerable to 
spam).  I really don't want to see pre-approval if we can help it since that puts people off (such as me on other wikis) 
and generates more work for admins.
