[Opensim-dev] OpenSimulator 0.7.2 released

Hi folks.  Opensimulator 0.7.2 is now released.  You can download at [1] and see the release notes at [2].

On the whole, the additions since opensim-0.7.2-rc2 are minimal.  The one major change is the inclusion of Snoopy's fix 
for HUDs appearing on other player's screens (commit c2586b0 in 0.7.2-post-fixes, commit 2b2580e in master).  I judged 
this sufficiently worthwhile to take the risk.

The git branch 0.7.2-post-fixes may receive additional ports of fixes from master in the future.  If these are major and 
sufficient developer motivation exists, there may be another point release on this branch.
