[Opensim-dev] Updating attachment assets

Curious, I haven't seen this detach/reattach behaviour on login, though as Melanie said, you do see objects containing
scripts update their assets on logout or detach in order to preserve script state.
Yeah, I tend not to worry much about these things since the effects are swamped by texture assets.
