[Opensim-dev] WiFi Suggestion

The problem with that is that the vanilla Linden Viewer can be
triggered to display the TOS dialog, but the URL it's fetched from
is hardcoded to the LL servers. Therefore, although a grid may put
out a viewer that has this check in it and fetches that grid's TOS,
a user who uses a vanilla Linden viewer would be presented with, and
agree to, the LL TOS. This is not legally binding for the user on
the third party grid, therefore this isn't practicable.
