[Opensim-dev] change the URL in the viewer for the search (Websearch)

Hippo v6.3 has a bug in search that mana never fixed. It causes a
crash when a non-default search URL is set. Avination checks for
this bad version of Hippo and doesn't set a search URL for it. With
all other search URL enabled viewers this works well.
